On January 6, 2013 In a program organized by Insurance Board, Nepal, NBSM's Managing Partner, Nil Saru presented a paper on the "Merger of Insurance Industry". The Program was attended by the Insurance Industry in Nepal as a whole. The same day, Insurance Board announced the Scheme of Agricultural Insurance. The Program was chaired by Chairperson of Insurance Board Prof. Dr. Phatta Bahadur K.C.
