Nepal Government Ministry of Finance, has appointed Mr. Nil Saru, FCA (Managing Partner of NBSM) as the Expert Board Member of Securities Board of Nepal with effect from March 18, 2016. Government appoints Chairman and Expert Board Member in the SEBON, where Joint Secretary of Ministry of Finance, Joint Secretory of Ministry of Law and Justice, Executive Director of Nepal Rastra Bank, Vice President of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal and Vice President of Federation of Nepalese Chamber of Commerce are appointed as exoffice Members.
